"I was completely surprised with Mastercraft Restoration LLC as they are the opposite to every roofing company that looked at my roof. My roof was â long in the toothâ as they say and every company that came out was priced far above what I could afford. On top of that I received conflicting reports of the actual condition of the roof. That is until Tom of Mastercraft Restoration arrived. Tom listened carefully to what I could afford and performed a thorough inspection and worked out a solution that would protect my home and fit my budget. It is most noteworthy to share that Tom has mannerisms and a presence that can only come from above, no hard sell tactics or pressure, just the truth. There were no short cuts taken and the roof is beautiful! The cleanup was complete and thorough even after working for 13 hours on a 95° F day. As for me Mastercraft Restorations is the only company that I will use (for all the services they provide) from this day forward. "The owner/project/estimator was professional, polite and knowledgeable about the tare-off and re-roof work I wanted done. The employees he sent to do the job were not. Only one of the 5 workers spoke any English. This made any questions/concerns that I had essentially unresolved. I attempted to mitigate this problem by contacting the owner and though he assured me that his workers now knew what to do, nothing changed. 1. The roofers removed the screen filters from 8 sections of my "Leaf Filter" gutter guards. I knew this because I found them , days later, in my trash can. I called the owner about this. He came and used a drone to visually check out my claim. The drone film showed nothing amiss and Patriot said that my claim wasn't valid. I knew the screens were missing because I was holding 4 screens in my hands. I called "Leaf Filter" to inspect. They did (for $25) and found that actually there were 8 screens missing! "Leaf Filter" replaced the 8 missing screens. 2."

"The crew arrived early, were friendly, fast and efficient. They tarped all of my landscaping, removed an old satellite dish and my antenna. They completed the entire project in less than 7 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and helped me reinstall my antenna. All scrap was taken away and my landscaping was left as found. Communication with Cody for dates worked out perfectly! (Rain is real!) "Disappointed! Roof was installed quickly at an average price but they didn’t solve the problem I asked for. I noted two leaks above my front porch and was assured the new roof would solve the problem. Fast forward a couple months … the roof still leaks in the same spots, . Was told I will need new siding for an additional $3500. I trusted them to solve a problem… they did not do that, Will not use them for any additional repairs. Expensive mistake."

"Was not there for roof the work looks good one day and done now the bad part the day before trim and gutters part got the call someone ordered brown metal was supposed to be grey 3 weeks later still no calls contact them no metal was told as soon as metal is there be scheduled Wright away nope 3 more weeks finally contact Project manager was told the following week on a Thursday take of work 8 am nothing contact manager was told they will be there at 9am by 1030 no one call them again finally they show at 11 with wrong work orders the hole problem with old roof was bad gutters no guard the guard was main topic paid for guard in deal after much frustration salesmen says I didn't order guard but he will throw it in for my inconvenience they start tryied covering rotted wood I stopped that made them replace with one 12 ft. 1x12 was told they got from home depot was told by manager that would be additional 900 dollars that piece of wood was 40 bucks refused it so they installed it anyway then they wrapped my porch and the metal is flush under the wood at on end and 3 inches out of level running down hill to other side there excuse was my porch is not level it's not checked it myself with level the refused to fix it will my wife told them to before putting up gutter I was there the day before correcting there horrible work as they did it they made most of it right when I was there when I had to work they took advantage of my wife and left a bad job for the rest they subcontract to shabby contractors who try to get done as fast as possible quantity over quality the first crew did great second crew very unprofessional not even close to leget osha would of put them out of business no safety tactics the wife calls me at work upset the problems she pointed out they said would be corrected they left and told her it's done and nothing they can do mr roof you need to correct these things immediately please we were told not to make a payment till were 100 % satisfied its probably hour or 2 of work please resolve this problem and train your managers on customer service"

"Service was excellent. They were able to take care of all my items and at a very reasonable price. Other companies charged even more and couldn't even do all the work I wanted. Really liked that they are multi faceted and able to accommodate all the work I needed to get done. Tom, the owner was also very personable and prompt in his communications. Would do business with them again."
