They were very patient with me with things I did not know or understand. Their prices are reasonable they showed up the following day to complete the job. It was done quickly too. I will definitely hire sway built llc. again."

"They arrived 2 hours late. They left equipment on my property came back and got their property without my permission. They dumped dirty water in my pool after they said that they were not going to. They said they were able to fix a patch and then they said that they were not able to. Very unprofessional. Every time I set up a time and date with them they were late or did not show up and they took the top off the pool and left it balled up in the grass.. I would give them no stars if possible."

"i usually never give a bad review, but this is not a reliable team, most probably my pool lines / liner will be destroyed this winter because of them, they were in coordination with me to come over to close the pool and than they never came nor contacted. i would avoid using them. better to hire someone else who is relaible. "
