Included digging and pouring footings, framing deck, reinforcing joists, laying additional decking, installing 12x12 posts and railing. Dan was excellent in all aspects - clear communication, upfront pricing/quotes, excellent work. We decided to do this late in the season - Dan made it happen. I checked in with him week before and he said they were on schedule. 2 days before the job start he texted and said he got a bigger job and they were canceling. If you hire this company know they don't honor commitments, they don't value integrity and they have no respect for their customers."
