"Ryan responded quickly and I was pleased that he worked our repair in quickly. I feel that we miscommunicated on the price (next time I will get it in writing) but when the fan light kept turning on by itself, I contacted Ryan to see what the problem could be. He said he would get with me to take a look but has never showed up. It has been months and he has never returned to correct his work. My fan now works as he replaced the remote controller in the fan, but now the ceiling light turns on basically whenever it wants to. We often wake up in the middle of the night to the light any time the fan is on."

"Braxton installed our new smoke detectors after locating and repair loose/improper electrical connections that may have been causing operational issues and false alerts. After two weeks operation is flawless. Customer service was excellent and I was mostly impressed with Technician arriving on time."

"Dan Wheeler was so professional and thorough. He knew what the problem was immediately. He documented the issues showing power surges was caused by transformer on their side. He was so dedicated coming to my home for days to prove the problem and get them to repair. He is the best I would still have the problem if he hadn’t took my call!!!"

"Greg Bohrer was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to make the repairs before he actually made them. After completing the repairs he went back and tested him to make sure everything worked well as it should be."

"Part of the instilling of the generator is done. I had to call 2 weeks later to see when they would finish. I was told they were waiting for a part and would contact me when they received it. One more week later and no contact about the status of my installation. Customer contact about what is happening with my order has been extremely poor! I guess I will have to call them - AGAIN!"

"IN time. Professional and communication regarding the labor cost and materials Please call them Travis is amazing. I wish I had something else that needed relaxed or repaired."
