We talked to Mike Seibold and found him sincere and honest. He told us he keeps the same crew all year; they are like a family. He came to the house and showed us a variety of roof possibilities and gave us addresses of some he had done. He was very accommodating and completed the new roof in record time even roofing the new sunroom to match the house so it looks like it was always part of the house. We were very happy with his work. In 2019, we put an addition on our daughter’s house and moved in with her. We had problems with the original contractor. The roof wasn’t installed correctly. It had been sloppily done, and was left unfinished. We had many leaks and rain water poured over our bay window like Niagara Falls. The water damaged some walls. We called Mike and he said the contractor had structured the roof incorrectly. Because it was leaking so badly, he repaired the roof quickly. No more leaks. Mike is easy to work with, on time, and careful about his job. He covers the shrubs and cleans up after the repair. He wants to do it right."

They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? "Had two layers of roofing that had to be removed. The next day after I gave them the go ahead, a crew of about eight attacked the roof and the job was completed in about four hours. I could tell that they all knew their jobs very well. After they had left, the yard was so clean that you couldn't tell that they were even there.
