if you are looking for a place that will provide full written contract and such, this is probably not the service for you. However, if you are budget conscious and just want a job well done, then they are great. Very professional and courteous team, did work safely with no damage to our house or yard and cleaned up after themselves so you can't tell they were even here. Walked through the scope of work before and after to ensure we were on the same page about what was to be done and for what price. And no money exchanged hands until I was walked through and happy with the result.

I can't speak to their other landscaping work as I didn't have any done, but they do offer other landscaping services as well."

"Ciro and his crew did a superb job installing our stamped concrete sidewalk, and we are very pleased with the results. They were prompt, worked hard when they got here, and completed the project on time--even a few hours earlier than predicted! Ciro was easy to work with and was quite flexible and willing to make adjustments that we requested when the forms were being installed. The results are beautiful! They also took pains to cover surrounding landscape, as we requested, to prevent any concrete splatter from getting on rocks and plants or our driveway--much appreciated! We're thankful that Ciro recommended installing a pipe in one spot under the sidewalk where water could have accumulated. We know that won't be a problem now. "It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
