While other companies were scheduling appointments weeks out, Debella could accommodate me the next day. Tanner Rossetto, (Eugene, OR office) came to do the bid for my roof. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. I was impressed! Debella was the ONLY company that actually climbed up to the roof and went in my attic space. "After initial consultation and proposal, the weather held and Ken was able to schedule the power washing.  The washer arrived on time, did a through job, and cleaned up after finishing.  The day the painting was scheduled, Ken arrived at 8:00 am with a large crew that went right to work replacing the siding that needed repair, installing the light blocks and taping the windows, doors etc.    The crew worked very efficiently and if they had any question they asked.  When the job was done, the crew cleaned up and we did a quick walk around inspection with Ken.  The next day we had a better chance to look at the job. We were very pleased, but noticed that the edges of the garage door, where it meets the weather stripping, had not been painted.  We called Ken and he himself came out one afternoon to paint that area.
Overall we are very happy with the work Ken did.

"Good job with the paint. Reasonable price. The Painter started each morning late and stayed until 10pm or longer using a bright light shining on the house which made it difficult to sleep until he left. One night he slept in our driveway so he could start early the next morning but didn’t start until after 9am. He kept the bright work light on all night while sleeping in the driveway. He used our dogs blue pool without permission to store items including paint. He must’ve took the pool with him because it’s no where to be found. He left trash all over my yard, in my shrubs and my driveway. I’m still finding utility knife blades in my yard and driveway."
