They listened to our concerns and desires and they made excellent suggestions and came thru making the kitchen of our dreams. They also started and finished exactly when they said. Of course there were hiccups but when it looked shaky they came up with great solutions. I now have them doing another renovation. "We hired Miracle Workers after getting some work done on the house. We had our floors refinished and some construction, so it was extremely dusty. Plus, since Covid, we hadn't had our house professionally cleaned. It was long overdue. The crew did a really excellent job of getting this place thoroughly clean. I can even say that it was absolutely the best cleaning we've EVER gotten from a company. I am a disabled Veteran, and cleaning this house on my own is just impossible. They accommodated us last minute which was VERY appreciated, and they really did an amazing job of cleaning. That being said, there were a few major points that were less than satisfactory. First, I had to put several things back in order. The upstairs bathroom shower curtain had a few hooks hanging off of the pole, area rugs out of place, but mainly, the living room. The furniture was moved around for cleaning and not put back even close to what it should look like. For example, the coffee table was all the way to the fireplace, nearly 5 ft away from the couch, where it lives, the chairs and end tables were also very out of place. I had to push everything back into place myself. As I said, I am a disabled Veteran, and this was more than an inconvenience. While I appreciate them moving everything, and while i do expect things to be slightly out of order, this was EXTREMELY out of place. Additionally, a cat toy had gotten sucked into the vacuum pole and the lady began banging the metal pole on our newly refinished hardwood floors. Thankfully, my husband heard them, stopped them, and grabbed a needle nose pliers to remove the toy. No damage done to the floor. Finally, and this one is the biggest deal really - there are scratches on our brand new black stainless steel refrigerator! UGH!!!! I do wish I had taken pictures of everything, but I didn't see it as a huge deal... until I saw the scratches. I've attached a pic of that (as best as I could get with a cell phone and flash on reflective material). There is a dent on the frig (which we did in the first month of ownership), but you can tell from the pics, there are no scratches anywhere.... accept for the corner, left by the cleaning service. They must've hit the side of the frig, when moving the bread maker or knife set located on the side counter. Overall, they were too aggressive with my things. I contacted the company immediately, and while I did receive a response, they've done nothing to try and repair it or cover damages. I have contacted them twice, with no resolve, and no answer. It's a shame, because they truly would've been our forever company, for both my house as well as my sisters, had they done something to help fix this."
