"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"This was a large job which required removal of the old roof - multiple layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shake down to rafters. The house is a large old Victorian with multiple angles and outcroppings, and very steep. There was also a one car garage. As promised, Royal arrived on day 1 - a Monday in 12 degree weather - with 3 dump trucks, several other trucks with men and equipment and over 30 workers. They swarmed over the house and by 10 AM the roof was stripped to the rafters and by the end of the day new plywood, underlayment and shingles had been installed on more than 3/4 of the roof. All work was completed in 4 days. Every night the property was thoroughly cleaned up. Progress was provided during the entire job by sending photos taken with a drone - terrific! Overall we were impressed and pleased with the work and the fact that it truly took 4 days. We had seen other jobs in the neighborhood take 3 weeks or more to complete. You pay for this kind of service - it is not cheap - but it is totally worth it. In addition, all of the workers and the project managers are very professional and attentive to your needs. I'll never have to use them again for this job, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you need a roof, gutters etc."

"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"Almost four years ago we had a terrible hailstorm that cut a path here in Queens and Nassau, New York. Golf sized hail destroyed all the siding on the back of my house and about ten thousand just to repair my car. All was worked on and fixed except the roof which they said didn't suffer enough hail strikes. Now, I  have roof leaks and water coming from a ceiling. The salesperson on both jobs (Robert) was just fantastic. He made sure that I got the best of everything at the best cost. He came the day of the job to make sure all was well. This with his wife in the hospital. The foreman, Andy, did great work and kept his six men going in a very professional manner. It was nice to see people work in a way where they obviously knew what they were doing and they did it very efficiently and effectively. I have a beautiful new roof and would be glad to recommend King Quality to one and all my friends and relatives.

"I had a great experience with the Exterior team company. Ronald was very punctual in the initial visit for an estimate. I explained to him that I could not be there and he scheduled another time the same day to return to discuss the estimate. He was on time that evening as well. He was very fairly priced. We scheduled the job a month out. He had all materials delivered the morning of and the crew was on site by 7 30. They worked hard throughout the day and as a thunderstorm was coming, they worked tirelessly to cover the remainder of the roof. They returned the next day, completed the job and cleaned up. The roof is looking great. I would highly recommend Ronald and his crew."

"Excellent job Dominick the owner was on site to oversee the job. He was responsive to all our questions and concerns. He inspected the roof and showed us pictures of the damage. I also went up on the roof myself and saw the extensive damage to the T&G roof deck firsthand. They replaced all damaged T&G boards and installed the best shingle and storm guard available, GAF Timberline HDZ anti algae shingle & GAF StormGuard leak protection .
