A few guy showed up one day and started working, we were not notified they were coming to work,good thing we were here that day. So called the company back and the owner came out to look at the job, he said it would be about another $100. To complete. We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. "I had FRS Roofers replace my rubber roof on my main roof and a back porch roof. I also had them realign the back porch roof to sit flush with the rest of the house. They also replace a lot of rotted wood, fascia and replaced the gutters. The team of roofers took three days to replace the roof and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, polite and cleaned up the work spaces and even left them better than they found it. During the three day period I has asked questions regarding the status and the site foreman got back to me right away. "Responsive and very helpful. He was here within 30 minutes of calling and had all the issues evaluated and diagnosed within the next 20 minutes. He helped identify the issue of an air conditioner draining into the window well causing the deiling leak, which was quickly addressed by myself after he left. Diagnosed clogged gutter downspouts causing some larger problems and spotted some missing slates that need replacing. He climbed out on the roof and fixed one of the downspout clogs. All done with no charge. I will definitely call Joe back in the fall to resolve all of the outstanding issues and ensure a problem free winter this season."
