"This is such a good company. Totally professional, very honest and reliable. And did a fantastic job at reasonable prices! Years later, we had a different issue with the roof, and he made an adjustment and didn't charge us -- even though it was outside of our warranty period. All around excellent experience."

"The roof was replaced in a day and the gutters the next. The crew was in and out and all the interactions we had were pleasant on professional. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. Everything went mostly according to plan other than needing to shift schedule due to weather. I would recommend their services to anyone."

"The salesman, Jon, arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and gave a brief but comprehensive presentation. He provided a timely quote to replace the roofs of our 20-year old townhouse and garage. The price was right in-line with expectations and significantly less than a competitor that wanted to seek partial reimbursement through our homeowners insurance. It took the roofers two days to complete the job. They were very careful to protect our deck railing. Overall they did a terrific job on the roofing and cleaned up well afterward. I would definitely hire Central Exteriors again."

"We had a leak our slate roof that went unnoticed for years. There was extensive damage that was revealed only when they started the repairs. Repairs included replacing the section of slate with copper, replacing roof joists, sheathing, exterior studs, clapboard siding and rebuilding an interior closet. They took care of the full job in very efficient, professional manner."

"We are enjoying our new roof. Springfield worked around the weather and left the property clean when the task was completed. Andrew was a joy to work with. We would not hesitate to engage this firm again."

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. The roof was completed as promised and I couldn't be more happy, the installers showed up on time! roof was completed in one business day! (Again as promised) Yard was cleaned up Completely of every material."

"We had water damage in the kitchen from a busted valve. After settling with the insurance company, we had JW do the replacement of the flooring. Pedro arrived early and was able to complete the work in one day. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. Could not be more pleased with the results. Would highly recommend JW Home Improvement."

"Had our roof replaced, looks like a clean install. Trey was easy to talk to and was very assuring. We'll see how the roof holds up against this weekend's snowstorm or whatever's coming our way. Yes I copy pasted my own review from Google Reviews."

"Chevy Chase Remodeling put on a new roof on my Potomac house a couple months ago. They did a great job communicating timeline, expectations, and options up front, and then executed the job really well.  Steven and his team were all helpful and easy to work with. The offer was competitive as well. Job site was thoroughly cleaned up after. There were some minor things that needed to be addressed after the job was complete, both on the same day as well as several weeks later, and Steven and his team were able to take care of that immediately.  We love the new roof and are looking forward to many years.  Would definitely recommend to use Chevy Chase Remodeling if you need a roof."

"Job was to widen driveway and replace area with chipping cement. Assessment was thorough and priced comparatively. Crewed was punctual, efficient and courteous. Job was completed on schedule. I highly recommend Skyline services and would used their services again (next assignment already lined up). I’m very pleased."
