The installation of our roof took a while, due to complicated project with deck installation above the roof. The result came out is pretty good. There is no leak for many rainy days. The business owners, Krystalle and Emmanuel are very nice people. They respond our messages and needs fast. There is a 10 year warranty for roof leaking, give us a peace of mind. "

Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
