"Manny was great! Hanged, taped, mudded, and sanded roughly 8.5' X 8' wall that I framed... had 'my studs' not been slightly twisted, bowed and warped the wall would be 100% perfect. Manny's work was excellent and the wall is smooth no divots or gaps. I provided the drywall and corner bead. Will definitely hire Manny again!"

"We'd had a section of fence (square post picket with top and bottom rails) knocked off line by a fallen tree limb, and generally needed some pickets replaces and the double gate hardware replaced.  He did a good job on everything except the off-kilter section of fence, which he inexplicably nailed into place in it's displaced location.  All he needed to do to straighten it was lift the horizontal top rail and nail it back into place, then repeat with the bottom rail.  I eventually had it fixed by the painters I hired to repaint the fence.  But for that oddity, he was very good to work with, and came back the next day to replace the gate hardware since it required larger hardware than he had brought with him the first day.

The schedule it was just horrendous, for example they were scheduled to come at 4:00 on a particular day and about 10 minutes before I get an email saying he wasn't coming because of delays with other clients. That didn't make me real happy. I don't know on the price, I guess it was ok. They did not paint my deck because it had been painted before, and they said they could not do that, so they just power washed it for $279, or whatever the price was. I would not use them again. Do not use them. Scheduling was horrdenous and then once I did get them scheduled they didn't show up, and when they did show up they were late. The work was inferior."
