"I could not recommend G&J more highly. Our team was professional, kind, and took great care of our stuff. We moved out of state and were able to have next day delivery. They communicated with us ahead of time to make sure we knew when they'd be at both houses. We made a couple changes to our inventory list and underestimated how many boxes we'd have. Both were handled with zero problems. We had six movers to move us out, and only two came to the new house, so obviously it took longer. Still done in a completely reasonable amount of time. "Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."
