"I hired Tim's company to replace some outdoor lights and a bath fan I knew was gonna be a booger. The guys were professional, quick, tidy, friendly, timely, and super reasonably priced. I now have a whisper quiet bath fan and outdoor lights that actually work! So I had them back to install two ceiling fandeliers, which I knew would be a battle because the wall switches were never wired. They were super quick, again, super tidy and really sweet. Tim's estimates were spot on both times, no hidden crap, and hundreds of dollars less than a previous estimate by another electrician. They made it look easy and restored my faith in trades coming into my house (have had some bad experiences; haven't we all?). Tim's communication via phone and text was quick and personable. He and his assistant worked quickly to find and repair the problems.  He doesn't do estimates but charges by the hour plus parts and I found his fees reasonable. He only did the work required and didn't try to add more work. He was fairly busy, so it did take about a week to get an appointment.

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope.
