"I contacted Allied via Angie's list and soon received a call from project consultant Craig Gaughan. We made an appointment and Craig drove over 40 miles out on a Saturday to evaluate my repair needs. He was very professional and gave me a clear description of how the repairs would be done and gave me an honest explanation of how timing of repairs depended on crew scheduling, weather, etc. Craig made no attempt to sell me more service that I was asking for. He even pointed out that I had the masonry crew for the day and that they could replace some broken mortar in another area. My next contact was with Carlos Flores, the project manager. Carlos came out to evaluate more specifically how the crews would perform the repairs. Carlos was also totally professional. He did an excellent job of explaining specifically how the work would be performed. The concrete crew, headed by Raul, completed the demolition and replacement of concrete over a two day period, in near freezing weather. They were careful to clean up the debris and neatly stacked all the masonry remove from the steps. The masonry crew, led by Jesse, were excellent craftsmen and left the stone work looking like remarkable. It was a large crew and they replaced all the mortar in one set of steps rather that just replacing the missing parts. Again, they did a good job of cleaning up the debris when they finished. Carlos came back out a few days later to inspect the project and make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. I will definitely use Allied again and highly recommend them."
