"Cassy was pleasure to deal with. She returned calls promptly, she was here when she said she would be. Her employee's were very polite and very attentive how I wanted things done. She used good materials and done the job right. I have worked in the construction industry for almost 40 years and she is a rare breed these days. She went over and above. She asked me if I would like for them to trim up my trees which they did about 10 of them and was a freebie. I paid someone several hundred dollars the last time I had my trees trimmed up. "Opted to use another company for the roofing work.  The person who came to give me an estimate was nice, polite, prompt, and professional.  However, the company provided an estimate to replace my roof without ever even looking at the roof in person, other than from the ground level.  No one ever got on my roof or took measurements to calculate the estimate.  While it may be possible to obtain a rough estimate from satellite photos, there is no way to determine the extent of any damage to a roof without actually climbing up onto the roof and doing a visual inspection."
