We are still trying to clean it up. They are unresponsive when I ask what will remove all of the mortar residue. I also had to hire a professional plumber to come and fix the toilet. They said that it wasn't even bolted down. When I expressed this to Reginald at Guaranteed Services LLC, he did not try to make it right. Just a con that will keep all of your money. "
