"Tonya came right out the day we called and gave us a price and collected half the money, this was Oct 2016 .She said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the special order fence and in Feb, 2017 she called and said they would be there the next day which a whole crew came, done a great job, didn't leave any kind of mess, they are just nice people. We had a small issue with one of the gates and they came right out and fixed it. I would use them again."

"I am so lucky to have found this business! We recently had a bad storm here that caused an electrical spike that took out the power gate operator. I had called several companies that do service and repair work but none were able to come out for one reason or another. Mainly because the rural location/distance being too far. Two weeks passed and I was still not able to get my gate opener repaired. I then found Pioneer Fence of Greenville, South Carolina. I called and Alex the owner, answered and actually listened to my issue and was able to provide solutions. "Mike and his crew did a phenomenal job. The weather really threatened to throw the scheduling off which was key for us. Just moving in with a dog being able to let her run free was a concern: just coming out of an apartment. Mike and his crew installed over 400 feet of PT wood fence. No panels were used, fence built on site 100%. They built 2 walking gates and one drive through gate. They cleaned up all of the soil from post holes and placed it where I asked for it to go. They left the job site just as clean as they found it. They were careful of a French drain at end of driveway as to not damage it with fence post placement. Any concerns I had Mike addressed and made suggestions when asked. Mike and his crew won't disappoint!! <br />"

"Requested a quote about a year ago and was told that we would have to make sure job came to $3k to make it worth it for crew to come. This is in a chat through Angie's. This past month I called and spoke with someone and provided photos of what we needed -- nothing said about a min. However, the day someone coming out -- they called to say it would have to be $3k for him to come to house. A supervisor did call me back when I called, and really did his best to smooth over. However quoted $2200 for something another provider is doing for $1000. I feel the min. is their right -- but should be part of the info listed upfront to prevent embarrassment."

"Paul came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate on the spot. Because I go to work so early, he arranged for materials to be delivered and the work crew to arrive by 7:30 one morning. The fence was constructed in one day. I am most impressed with the gates, which Ishmael built on site to match the grades of my lot. The fence is beautiful and very sturdy, standing up to pounding from two active dogs. Neighbors and visiting craftsmen have also been impressed with the quality of work and have asked who built the fence for me. "Chuck Dubois did an excellent job with the installation of our invisible fence. His instructions and modeling on teaching our dog to respect the boundaries of his area was outstanding. The fence works well and our dog stays within his boundaries. Chuck also provided dog training sessions to help us with obedience for our dog. The training was clear and thorough. As a result, our dog is a better listener, and able to do many tricks. Before I met Chuck, I had called several trainers to help us with our large dog, specifically for our farm life and setting. No other trainers were willing to help us. Chuck didn't hesitate to provide training at our farm which was personalized to our dog and us. I'm as pleased with the training as I am with the invisible fence. We got our dog from a kill shelter, and thanks to Chuck he is now thriving on our farm and in the home!
