They said that it wasn't even bolted down. When I expressed this to Reginald at Guaranteed Services LLC, he did not try to make it right. Just a con that will keep all of your money. "

"Absolutely criminal…he charged us a large amount of money to replace a deck, and over the course of 4 weeks his crew deconstructed and then tried to reconstruct our deck THREE times, each time failing to do it correctly. He used mismatched materials and his crew has obviously never built a deck before, though he claimed they had built “more than 30”. Stay away at all costs! Now we are having to hire a professional company to completely start over from scratch with all new material, and the project is costing us almost triple what it should have."
