"Snow and rain delayed the work by weeks, and like other service providers working outdoors during this remarkable spring of crazy weather, Dakota Landscape & Design got behind in scheduling and doing projects. When Josh and one of his workers finally came with the plants, both the plants and the work were terrific. The plants are healthy and attractive, and Josh and the other worker did an excellent job with the planting (taking care not to damage plants already in my yard) and were exceptionally patient as I figured out where I wanted each plant. In other words, both actual visits could not have been better. The delays, backlog, and communication between the two visits might have been better.

"We hired Fair and Square Remodeling to repair the floor in our kitchen. They sent someone out to review our needs and help us figure out the best route to take with the repair. They were on time, laid floor mats down to keep the dirt out, and were accommodating and respectful to our dogs (making sure Boomer and Kip weren't in the way). The floor repair they did saved us from having to redo our whole floor. All in all, what I really enjoyed about working with them was their ability to problem solve as well as help me manage when and when not to repair and how to move into a full remodel. Prior to hiring Tom I met with two other contractors regarding this project, Tom was by far the most knowledgeable about the products we wanted to use along with having the best construction plan in place to ensure the hardscapes would stand the test of time.  Tom was the only contractor who knew we had poor soil conditions in our area (he was right) and planned the correct measures to combat the issues right from the start.

Tom and his crew showed up on time, worked steady for the better part of a week and a half and created a fantastic outdoor space for our family.  Throughout the course of the project they came up with great ideas for improving the original designs along with correcting a drainage issue we didn't even realize we had.

On time, on budget, fun guys to have around!
