"We were planning a main bathroom remodel, and contacted 4 companies. Swencraft responded quickly and provided an estimate at the time they had promised – the only company to do so. Eric listened to our requests and discussed options they might recommend. Swencraft was always responsive to any questions, comments, or suggestions we added to the proposal, as well as a few decisions we needed to make during the remodel. We had done other remodeling projects ourselves, and knew what to look for in quality materials and work. The cabinetmaker and plumber that Eric recommended and worked on our project did excellent work.
