"Our house was built in 1941. We not only felt we needed to do waterproofing but needed a radon extracting system, sump pump, dehumidifier, wall paneling and new windows with window wells. The project worked like clock work with members of the American Waterworks team. Only have 3 windows and small section of paneling to finish. Paneling can't be finished until new water line is installed. All will be completed when windows arrive. In 1 yr. American Waterworks will come back to check all is working well. Extensive project that wasn't cheap. We felt we got our money's worth!"

"ALTHOUGH JACK SEEMED OVERWHELMED AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE, ONCE HE DID COME, HE SPENT TIME WITH US TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD DO AND ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. WHEN THE WORKERS CAME TO COMPLETE THE WORK, THEY WERE LATER THAN WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE ON BOTH DAYS (AND DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE RUNNING LATE). WE THOUGHT THAT THEY MAYBE COULD HAVE DONE A MORE THOROUGH JOB COVERING OUR STUFF THAT WAS IN THE BASEMENT TO KEEP IT PROTECTED FROM THE DUST, BUT ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT JACK HAMMERING CONCRETE IS MESSY. OVERALL THEY DID A DECENT JOB CLEANING UP THEIR MESS. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALWAYS POLITE, AND COMMUNICATED WELL WITH WHAT THEY WERE DOING AS WELL AS WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING FOR THE DAY. THEY ALSO DID A FINAL WALK THROUGH WITH ME WHEN THEY WERE DONE."

"Very good service across the board. Sales professional was punctual, knowledgeable, and polite. Our concerns were addressed and solution provided. The man that performed the work was great as well, he explained the work again and was done on time. The job came in well under budget, and we honestly wouldn't have known, they could have charged us the full amount but didn't. One note: This job was to address water seeping in through a crack in the basement and we haven't had much precipitation since the job has been done. While I have confidence that the problem is solved, I don't have any real proof yet."
