They clearly take pride in their work and delivered an impressive result. They also quickly addressed the few minor concerns I had after the install. My only critique is that they installed the wrong trim initially and had to redo some of their work. Overall, the project was a success, and I would recommend them to others for similar projects."

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"Original had a carpet runner going up the stairs that I removed. They came out to remove the staples I could not get off, sand the floors because of the small holes caused by the staples and restained the steps. They did do a good job. Missed some of the staples though and a couple spots could have been sanded more."
