"What a wonderful experience. I met with James Jordan who was really knowledgeable about what would work. I looked at their great showroom and he brought books and samples to our house. My husband is a general contractor and asked numerous questions. He was really impressed. James helped us design a new driveway, porch, walkway and backyard. The great crew arrived with Jimmy Jackson. Jimmy was fabulous to work with. He kept everything on time. They worked all day Thursday and Friday. Then it started to rain. It was sunny so they worked tirelessly and really knew what they were doing. They are obviously the best of the best. My husband personally watched everything they did. On Wednesday heavy rains were predicted. Jimmy came with a crew of 10 men and finished the job by 3pm before the rains came. I would use them in a second again. It looks terrific. "They're a company that finds gardeners in the area. I have somebody that comes every Wednesday. Anything I want done, I contact him at Landscape Locators. He calls specific gardeners and then gives me a price. I pay them. I have some plants and trees and things like that which cost me a little bit more. They're great. I did't ask for a specific time. I chose the gardener that I could give a key in case I'm not here. They are definitely trustworthy."

"Efrain came several times to the property so we could discuss design aspects. He was so patient with me as well as the changes I made each time before I got a quote and he started work. We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. Efrain investigated and figured out the best way to get the excavated soil out as well as the pavers and road base onto the property. Efrain is a man of great character. Once work began, he and his staff were incredibly respectful of our tenants, the property, and our neighbors. He was an artist in several areas, he leveled each and every paver by hand as well as used his expertise in concrete to direct areas for water to drain from the property during rainfall. When I decided to do change orders, he didn’t take that opportunity to charge me a vast amount of money because he knew I had no choice if I wanted the work done. He and his staff always cleaned up after themselves and made sure no one would be in danger of walking across an unsafe area. His work made such a huge difference to the quality and value of the property – it easily paid for itself. If you want an artist who prides himself on his work, Efrain is your guy."

"Mark had built my paver walkway through the entire driveway, courtyards, and rear yard, back in 2020. In December of 2025, we were having some drain issues to the street, so called Mark and he arrived, investigated it, then suggested we pull up some pavers. I was reluctant, but it is the only way to determine the obstruction. He arrived with Cesar, gentleman that originally built our paver walkway. We discussed and decided we needed to remove three areas. In one day, Cesar had this dug out and we looked at results-one area full of roots (Palm Tree and Giant Bird of Paradise). He replaced the drain pipes and corrected the downspout. He spent the next work day putting it back together. I sealed those areas the next day and you can not tell anything was deconstructed and fixed. After testing with water in those areas, we are back to normal. Highly recommend this contractor and Cesar is a great worker."

"Overall we're very happy with how the yard turned out - it looks great and it's very clear that Victor's teams only know how to do high quality work. The only issue I had with the whole project was the scheduling of the work to be done. Our project got pushed back several times from maybe November all the way to March. I understand there was an unusual amount of rain, but nonetheless, there was one point where I was told they could start mid-December, and then I never even got a call or message until I eventually reached out on my own. Other than that, it would have been helpful for the guys who came out to speak better English as we had a hard time communicating several times. As I say, in the end it worked out and we're very happy with our backyard and I believe, based on other estimates, that we got a good price."

"I've dealt with a number of contractors throughout the years and I must say Adam Othman is truly one of a kind. Adam only works on one job at a time and the quality of service really shows. I knew Adam was the right person for our project immediately after our very first phone call. He took his time to really understand my objectives. You immediately get the sense that Adam is unlike other contractors. He is extremely sensitive to the client's budget and goes beyond the call of duty to get the job done right and on budget. Our project involved a 1922 Spanish home with a very low tiled ceiling. The ceiling was extremely out of scale in relation to the size of the room and it was our objective to raise it as high as possible. Prior to our contract, Adam dedicated so much time surveying the attic on two separate occasions and helped us come up with a solution that didn't require any major structural modification to our existing roof. Adam is a very methodical thinker. You could literally see his mind coming up with solutions as he quietly studied the project. You know you are in good hands because of the questions he asks. He anticipates problems before they even happen and that really put us at ease. Our project time frame was 4 weeks. Adam started the project on time and finished EXACTLY on the week he promised. He is by far the most organized contractor I've ever dealt with. Workmanship was superb. The work area was always left clean and the framing he personally did on the ceiling was truly a work of art. Before the drywall went up, he and I joked that the framing was too beautiful to cover up. He did absolutely beautiful work. The drywall crew did an outstanding job skim coating the plaster walls and their workmanship was as superb as Adam's. He clearly hires the best sub contractors in the business. It was the most stress free experience we've had from any previous contractor and that is testament to the way Adam runs his business. The living room is now quickly becoming my favorite room in the house and I am grateful to Adam for putting all his heart into it. He is truly a wonderful contractor who I now consider a friend. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to anyone. He is truly the best!"

"I hired Kirk to design a lap pool and surrounding patio for our home.  On his first visit, we discussed the basic features that I wanted in the pool, such as the shape, size, and water features. We also discussed the size of a patio cover and the materials to build and a patio deck.  During this first visit, we also discussed how to improve the view from the home, such as planting trees in key locations, and whether to include an infinity edge on the pool.  I was very impressed by Kirks knowledge of landscaping, pools, and architectural design. <br /> Two weeks later, Kirk returned with the design of our pool and patio and reviewed each item on the drawing with my wife and I.  We were very happy with his initial design and we are now in the process of getting bids from pool companies.  Once the pool construction is underway, we will have Kirk return to help us with picking out plants for the surrounding garden. <br /> Overall, I was very impressed with Kirk's level of knowledge and ability to visualize a design that met our needs and sense of style.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a landscape design."
