"I have used Guardian Windows three times over the past 18 years for two different houses - most recently at the end of August when I replaced several very high windows and multiple arched windows with the ultimate window product. I have always appreciated that Marty the owner actually meets with the homeowner to go over the project and make recommendations for the best window to meet the homeowners needs and budget. Pricing was fair for such high quality windows. The installation crew did an outstanding job, taking all day, to make sure that my windows were perfect. They were skillful, efficient, professional and courteous. When done, they cleaned up all the areas in which they worked so well that it actually was cleaner than before they came! "They came - put up an non-opening replacement door - took my old door away - and when it came back looked like new! The leaded glass had a 'bracing bar' where the solder had broken - so, they rebuilt the leaded glass in the door (looks better than it did new)... Also, the hardware (dead bolt - latch/knob) had lost its finish due to the sun... - they also allowed me to pick out a new hardware set and put that on also... (extra charge of course... and the leaded glass repair was extra - I'm very, very pleased with the result! :-)"

"I was SO happy with the service & responsiveness of Jody & team at the Door Doctor! I had a very tight timeframe to get a dog door installed in my new home in Conroe before I left for a business trip. It was not a straightforward installation so I appreciated that the Door Doctor team provided with with cost & details for 2 different options. Jody re-arranged schedules to get my installation done that same week so that I'd have it in place not only before I left for my trip but so that I'd have time to train my dogs how to use it. "Ashley was fantastic! He walked us through all the options before buying until we were satisfied that we were getting the most for our money. He was never pushy and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and think it over. The installation team was prompt and courteous. They worked quickly and cleaned up the area after they finished. They painted my beautiful front door the exact shade of red that I wanted. (Thanks, Ashley, for the suggestion!) They even put in a new energy saving dog door in the back door! Hurricane Harvey hit a few days later and we slept like babies because our house was so sound proof! We never even heard the wind or rain! I would definitely suggest using this company!"

"I submitted an inquiry online, and Rain Tree got back to me the same day with a price estimate.  Meanwhile, I had called two other companies for quotes.  The first took 4 days to get back to me, and the bid did not seem to make sense.  The other one took 3 days to get back to me, and their bid was for a lot more than the other two.  Rain Tree's price was the lowest, and their team was, by far, the most responsive! 
They came out twice to measure, to ensure they had every angle right.  And they got started right away on preparing the materials.  They told me it would take 10 days, and they took only a week. 
The shower doors were installed today by two friendly, professional, and diligent workers, and I'm happy with the result.
I'm very happy with this experience and would recommend this company to anyone needed new shower doors.
The only "suggestion" I have is that they offer a few more types of door handles to choose from -- but I'm satisfied with the ones we selected, nonetheless.

"Gearold White and his co-worker showed up right on time to do the job.  I have a lot of concrete, three large driveways, side walks, and a large concrete area surrounding my in ground pool.  All of this concrete had turned black with mold and dirt, and had become very unsightly.  They proceeded to put down a cleaner/mold killer on all the pavement, and then used large buffer machines to scrub the cleaner in and remove the mold/black build up.  Gearold also took it a step further, and when going by any fixed object (out door lamps, patio windows, ect...) he would hit them with the pressure washer and spiff them up just because he could!  I can't say enough good about this man, and his work ethics.  I would recommend him to anyone, and would not worry in the least about what their experience with him would be like.

"Sunlite replaced my roofs in Katy and Galveston. They also replaced my siding, fascia, and soffits. They painted the exterior of my Katy home. They installed my back door. They’ve done a phenomenal job! The owner is a great communicator and trustworthy. I’d keep using them."
