"Would not use Contractors Plumbing again. While the work was fine, when I'm told there will be no charge because the piece they originally put in a brand new house less than 3 years ago was defective and he was taking it back to the shop, that is what I expect--no charge. I don't expect a bill just a few days later and the office response, it's out of warranty and up to the worker to relay the info. Absolutely no compassion or empathy by their office staff. Yes I am going to pay the bill, I pay my bills. I know I won't use them in the future as they are not trust worthy to back up what they say. I fully had expected to pay for the service because of course when you call them, the first thing after they look up your house is to say it's out of warranty. I would have been ok with that but not being lied."
