"The owner of the company came by and gave me a price so we agreed and he climbed up on the second story of a condo building it was windy and cold he took his equipment on the roof and he cleaned out the vent of now the dryer is working very good and we appreciate his hard work and coming out on a day that was not very nice he was a very friendly and hardworking man I would highly recommend this company in the future"

"Bought a new washer and dryer recently. The sensor in my new dryer told me that the vents needed cleaned. Hired Irish Mist to come do the job. They came out and told me that they were unable to get in the roof but would get the vent clean from inside. They â didâ the job. The dryer still gave me the same error code. I then called Irish Mist again for them to come back to finish the job. They scheduled a follow up appointment and never showed up. Hired another company who scoped the vent and showed me a large clog at the exhaust exit. They then got in the roof and ensured all aspects of the job were completed. They get 3 stars on their work because they cleaned most of the vent. The technician was respectful. Customer service was fair, except for the not showing up again part (which I took work off for). Unfortunate."

"The entire experience - from the first contact to the follow-up upon completion - was first class. We decided to do both the cleaning and the sealing and WOW are we glad we did! The team was great - professional, efficient, hard-working. They gave us information that helped s understand what was being done and why... very interesting process. The difference before and after the completion of the sealing of the very clean ducts was astounding! I would have been hard-pressed to believe the hype about how much air loss is occurring unless I experienced it for myself. The numbers on their testing equipment were impressive enough BUT when the funace kicked on there was so much air flowing that papers across the room began to flutter!! Imagine what money we will save in heating and cooling now that the leaks have been sealed and the entire house is benefitting from a nearly totally sealed system of air flow!! I expect we will recoup our cost in very short order. And I have already handed out their cards to friends and neighbors!"

Every time I clean someone's home they always compliment my services and always seem shocked at how amazing I do and I can accommodate to each and every household based off of what each household does and doesn't allow in their homes. For instance if a service requires that they don't want me to use any harsh chemical cleaners in their home (for instance bleach) I can obtain plant based alternative cleaners for that specific job. "Glenn was pleasant, friendly and a very knowledgeable person, who answered all my questions and concerns.  He checked the dryer ductwork flow, which he said was in good shape, clean and working.  Glenn went the extra step to show me how to tell if the air flow is proper and not clogged with lint.  Glenn replaced the outside dryer vent cap, which was the main reason for the service call.  There was a problem with the cap fitting, but he made a suggestion, which made the vent flush to the outside wall.  Glenn again went one step above and beyond to show me how I could replace the vent in the future if I choose to, which I don’t think will be necessary.  I would highly recommend Glenn’s Dryer Vent Company and will call again if I need service.  Thanks Glenn!!"
