"T Rock Roofing STOLE thousands of dollars from me. After my roof was done by this company, no invoice was sent. I spoke with two reps and they both said the quoted amount sent to me prior to service being done was the correct amount. After I wired the money, I reviewed the charges and Class 4 upgrades were on the quote. When I contacted T Rock, they immediately admitted that I was overcharged. Since then, the company has ignored my phone calls and texts about getting my money back. Twice promising a check would arrive by a certain date when I was able to get them to respond but no check has arrived. From my count there have been three occasions that I’ve been lied to. I will be filing a police report if this is not resolved soon."

"Tim came to our house to do a roof repair Sept 2025. After two attempts; it still leaks. He had not returned after attempts to reach him in Nov 2025. He would not return my husbands calls. I called on my phone he answered. Said he was free the next two weeks. Gave him a March 2, 2026 deadline to do the repair. He has not scheduled to do the work. He was paid in full. "
