He saw my two dogs at the back and insinuated right away that there might be something underneath the carpet “that may come out” if I don’t tell him. I know that this is a trick that companies would us to make you purchase extra services. I told him that my dogs are well trained and they do their business in our yard. After that he didn’t talk to me anymore. I handed my credit card payment to the other guy and I am so relieved after they left. Very poor customer service.
