"We hadn't had our dryer vent cleaned in awhile so we checked Angie's list and called the Vent Guys. Talked to Dan and set up an appointment. He gave us a two hour window when he would arrive on the day of the appointment. Dan showed up half way into the window so was right on time. He proceeded to inspect the dryer and then cleaned the vent which produced more lint than we had anticipated. Dan gave us some tips on cleaning the lint filter and suggestions regarding dryer sheets. We asked about cleaning the furnace air ducts so he checked the furnace and gave us a quote. He looked at the furnace filter and gave some advice as to what type of filter to use in the future. Dan was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and did an all around good job. We would definitely use him again for any needed duct cleaning."

"ANOTHER JOB HAD TAKEN THEM LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT THEY DID CALL TO LET US KNOW. THEY DID LEAVE SOME OF THEIR EQUIPMENT ATTACHED TO OUR ELECTRICAL BOX. WE HAVE CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL AND STOP BY TO REMOVE IT. THAT HAS NOT YET HAPPENED.
