Initially they came out to do repairs, and kept saying this shouldn't be happening and seemed perplexed why this kept on occurring. It is now the 6th or 7th time in 2 years this has happened, and after repeated phone calls/emails....they WILL NOT respond. In my opinion....they're crooks! Save your money!! Any landscaping business with integrity would get to the bottom of this issue...instead of plopping a bandage on it. And just to be clear...our previous patio never had this issue."

PAVING AND CONCRETE CONTRACTOR
"There are many other paving companies and I suggest you use any of them besides this guy! I had one major concern and that was the grading and to have the water flow to a drain. Every time I questioned anything I would get a degrading laugh and he would say “trust your paver” or “I can’t teach you 30 years of paving” or some other condescending answer. I had it in the contract and he looked me in the eye and shook my hand and said he would fix the driveway if the water did not go to the drain. The first rain, major water pooling on one side (up to 4"). Within 6 months there were holes developing from “chipmunks” … must not have been 3” asphalt then. It took 10+ calls and 6 months for him to even come look at it. He says he will fix it after major arguments and listening to his content profanities. Then I get ghosted for another 6 months and after 10+ calls, etc. he finally comes out again. He says he will fix it after more arguments and then goes back on his word. He is a really awful guy and his yelling, threats and anger can't be missed. BTW ... he will charge you and extra $800 BS "dumping charge" no matter what type of driveway you have. I wouldn't trust this guy or company to pull my weeds! Use anyone else. I have pictures, contracts, his lame alternative contract, phone calls, video, etc. I meant to put this up a long time ago and I have so much more I could say and I will if you contact me directly at p3@iamdavinci.com and send me your phone number."
