"Very prompt response, I had them repair/replace exterior trim around garage door entrance and wood that runs vertically on front corner of house. There has been some minor rotting of the wood in both locations due to wet conditions over the years. They installed new weatherproof aluminum flashing over both locations and caulked appropriately. The owner called me to check on my satisfaction after they were done, and assured me they stand by their work "even if I have a problem 5 years later". Can't say better than that."

"Roof framing and siding went great. They did not start when they said they would but it wasn't long after that. Then Super storm Sandy hit and I guess they were very busy with emergency repairs. (no damage to my house from the storm) It took over a month till the porch posts and railings got replaced and then they were done incorrectly. I had to have them come back and install the correct angled brackets for the railing from the porch to the sidewalk, and that took a few more weeks.

"These guys are awesome and I was happy with the professionalism of their work and the price they charged for a small job. 
I live in a Condo and there was leak above the the washer-dryer (2 in 1) unit. I turned off the water and got the help of my father-in-law to move the washer-dryer. Moving the washer-dryer was not easy - it is very bulky, it is in a closet and the hallway is very narrow. After some serious wiggling, lifting and pushing we got it out of there. I removed the half broken dry wall and the broken flex hose. I saw the hole in the, where it was bent. Water to the condo had to be shut off, so I needed someone asap. 
My uncle recommended the plumber from SMS. I called him and he came in the same day during the night. He cut off a portion of the old pipe and replaced it with a new one soldering it with L shaped joints to create the bend, instead of bending the pipe. Steve, came in the next morning. Since it was just a washer-dryer closet, Steve recommended just a drywall, plaster & primer is fine. Steve put in the drywall and then called his brother to do the plaster work, since he does it better. I appreciated the attention to detail for a washer-dryer closet. The plastering work was amazing. After they finished with the wall, they cleaned up the area. 
As hard as it was too remove the washer and dryer it was even harder to get it back in and get all the connections. The guys attached a new flex hose, water pipes, power supply and carefully without damaging the unit or the side walls put the unit back in the closet. 
After they were done, they cleaned up the area. The price was more than fair. Very friendly and easy to talk too. 
Definitely recommend them!
