They came out, and determined that the problems were of a different nature than what they do and required the services of a carpenter to fix a faulty deck. They very easily could have sold us on a bunch of work that wouldn't have solved the issue, but instead gave us an honest assessment. They are honest, ethical, and won't take advantage of you. "RRR did a high-end hall bath remodel in Sep 2020 for approximately $24000. Homeowners did the basic design and material selection. RRR suggested construction and material mods, as needed, and ordered all material. Cost was clearly detailed up front, paid on draw, and was met by completion date. All stage work and inspections were completed on schedule, over approximately three weeks. Crew was always on time and worked full days, while Ryan checked in twice a week. All rough-in and finish work was neat and well crafted, including studding, plumbing, electrical, wall and floor tile, and vanity top and basin, and painting. There was some struggle with heavy shower doors assembly and clean install. All punchlist items were complete with no issues. Enjoyed interaction with Ryan and his crew. Very happy with results. When I was ready to redo my bathroom I sent an email and Juan Martin called me back the same day and scheduled a meeting within the week. I told him I basically wanted to gut the bathroom. I felt I could pick my finishes and for the most part I did. I did run into a snag and Juan Martin offered to meet me at the tile shop. We walked through different sections and were able to decide on the perfect tile. Juan Martin makes sure his workers pay attention to detail and treat my home with care. He is a wonderful communicator making sure I was clear on the process and was available for all my questions. I know he had many other projects but he made me feel as if mine was the most important. "Not actually Waterproofing/Encapsulation. I actually had a bad central beam and several rotted joists. From the original estimate, I appreciated Deska's practical approach to fixing my foundation and structural issues. I didn't have the budget for a first floor flooring gut (the ONLY option proposed by a different vendor), and Len proposed an option that was still more than I'd planned for, but doable with a HELOC. NGL it took a very long time between me committing to the work and getting the work done, but they did set a reasonable expectation in advance and the office kept me reliably informed as I waited. When it came to the work, Mohammed and Adonis owned the results from the beginning. They reliably arrived as scheduled and communicated well during the process - providing me updates daily. They also went above and beyond with preparation, finishing, and provided trusted advice when it came to lifting my sagging first floor. Thrilled to have a more secure home!"
