The team- five technicians!- were properly suited with protective gear and followed COVID protocols at all times on our property, inside and out. They wore shoe protectors while inside, kept us fully appraised at every task (all interior registers replaced in 11 rooms), and were extremely respectful of our space, privacy, pets, and kept noise and speaking to low levels. (our extremely friendly indoor cat got lots of attention from the team!) The work required three days to fully replace all ductwork in a two-story home with attic and crawl space, and Paul the team leader would check in with us each morning with a briefing of each days' activities. The entire team was constantly in learning mode, with the senior technicians mentoring and teaching the younger team members, which greatly impressed me. They finished on time and without any delay or disruption; they cleaned each work area and removed all debris, packaging, and the old system. We've owned this house for 20 years, had many repairs and replacements, and Moore has raised the bar so far for quality and value. While they were the middle bid in terms of overall cost, we believe we received higher value that even the highest bid. "I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"
