"It was great (and easy) to work with Andrew on a major facility project at our Distribution Center. Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. Oh, and we got a second gate to use because he was able to make it independent of the original setup! Thank you Andrew! Highly recommend! "

"In hiring a contractor for your home, I know the experience can often be nerve-wrecking. Earlier this month, I had a painting project which needed to be corrected and fixed; as we had hired another painter beforehand; and regretted it quickly. When looking for a contractor who would not only be willing and able to correct the work that was done, but also be able to do so within a reasonable budget, I looked toward Paragon as I had known their work quality from a job they had done for me beforehand. Ryan was quick to respond to my inquiry for a job quote (within about 3 hrs. on a weekend), and an appointment for one of his employees, Charles, was quickly set up. Charles was not only pleasant to deal with, his level of professionalism was also unmatched. In his coming out to evaluate out job, he assured me that the work I was requesting could most certainly be done and stated that he would need about 5 days to complete. Price quote was promptly sent over to me, and after some discussion, I decided to proceed with this job. Ryan was very flexible on the pricing, and willing to work with you concerning budgeting. Charles returned to our home to do the work and kept my wife and I fully in the loop as to what he was doing, needed to do, as well as any problems that were popping up in the course of completion. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. Once job was completed, there were only a few small areas which needed to be addressed/touched up and when brought to their attention, they did not hesitate to promptly correct the issues. It is this attention to detail, as well as them INSISTING that you hold THEM accountable for imperfections so that they may be corrected is why I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Never once did I have to worry about the quality of the work being done, Ryan and his team are very friendly in answering any questions you may have, and when it comes to follow-up and corrections, they are happy to oblige. I never have to worry about my home being disrespected with ANY of his crew doing work; and that is very reassuring. Previously his team had installed a French door opening to my deck, and this is what turned me on to this company. Using them as your contractor, you will not be disappointed. "I don’t think I can possibly say enough about the professionalism of Ryan and his crew. From the overall design, the electricians, the plumbers, and the painters. Everyone was delightful. I have never had this type of experience with a construction project before. My wife and I are thoroughly delighted with the outcome. it has been over a month now and we still get excited every time we just walk into the bathroom. The lighting is spectacular. Everything came out even better than we imagined. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew for any construction project that you may be investigating. "JJ was responsive and had the bathrooms done as planned. I would have liked more input and time with picking some of the materials for the bathrooms is the only reason I did not give five stars. The spacing and measurements in a bathroom could have been discussed and evaluated as well. We did request a larger shower area but the design and layout ended up with tighter spaces within the bathroom "
