"Mark made the ordeal of filing a claim a breeze.  His main objective was to assist in making certain that all of the information was explained correctly and that the claim was filed in an efficient manner. <br /> The Project began about noon on Fiday but because of rain, had to stop about 4:00 p.m.  The Project Manager, Mark, was on hand from the beginning and made certain that all crew members were aware of all specific issues. The exposed portion of the roof was covered with tarps and no leak was found.  On Saturday morning, the crew arrived and tarps and drop cloths were placed on the ground to catch the roof debris.  One of the crew members worked constantly removing the debris to the trailer so that there were no safety issues.  The crew continued to work all day long and were courteous at all times.. Since I own an older home, there were some unexpected surprises.  As the issues came to light, Mark was on hand to let me know what was happening and the problems were solved immediately.  The whole roofing project was finished and the crew worked together to clean up the ground using a large magentic device to pick up any nails that happened to be missed. <br /> On Monday, the hail damaged siding was replaced including all of the trimwork.  Later in the evening, Mark showed up to make certain that everything had been completed as had been requested.  All in all, it was a very pleasant experience."
