".They showed when they said they would and cleaned everything up.  It looks good.  I think they provide their customers with thicker/stronger boards to sit on while in the shelter.  I also think the shelters should come at least 5.5 to 6 feet tall.  Most families have at least one family member or friend that is over 5 feet tall.  If we have to stay in it for a hour to several hours, we need to be able to stand up.  They were careful with the equipment and quick.  I recommend you look for any cracks in your garage around where they will be installing the shelter and driveway, so if you see any cracks once they are finished you can have them fix it.  I also recommend that you tell your neighbors that you will be having a shelter installed and ask if they can move their vehicles out of the street.  Ground Zero has a very long trailer they pull their equipment on and they need room to turn around on/in the street. <br />"

"I called Cody Hartman in the morning and he said he would drop bye. That evening he called and said he'd been on an emergency and at the house at 7. I told him not to bother but he said he'd given his word. He turned up on time checked the roof and said he'd send his repair team around. The repair team came the next day and gave me a price. I said to go for it and the next morning they started but found that there was significantly more damage than thought. He had to have a special piece made and them reflash the whole chimney base. He said it cost more than expected and I was prepared to pay more but he said his estimate was all he wanted. Very professional, very quick and very well done."

Roy spoke up for us, the homeowner, and made sure that the adjuster took everything into consideration. We really appreciated that. This second time around the roof was totaled. <br /> Additionally, Roof Rescue (Roy Morrison) did exactly what he said he would do and in the time frame he told me. From start to finish it took them 1 whole day...and that included taking off 2 layers of old roof and putting on our beatiful new one!!
