"The project went very well, especially considering the steep slope in out back yard where the fence was going.  The estimator came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and an availability that fit our schedule.  <br /> <br /> When the installation crew arrived, they got right to work removing the old fence without damaging the flower borders.  All posts were cemented in place and everything was checked so it was straight.  There were a couple of points of confusion between the estimators plans and the crew's understanding of the project - but they were very flexible and modified the design on the spot. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Initial visit and estimate was scheduled same day I called. However Chuck did mention the actual construction would be scheduled 4-5 weeks out. Crew of 3 arrived on scheduled day and job was completed in one full day. Design and construction of the fence is outstanding using treated toe boards and overlapping panels, it's a very handsome fence. Lattice and gate details are very pleasing. I'm very happy to have found Creative fencing and can highly recommend them. <br />"

"Mr Lopez did a walkthrough and pointed out the loose fence posts and said they needed to be replaced. Gave us price options for 4x4 and 4x6 replacement posts. We went with the 4x6 since we felt they would be able to support the fence portions that were not replaced, and the 4x6 looks fine. When they took out the old fence posts (many of which were put in 3-4 years ago by another company) we could see that some were rotted through, and some of the 7' posts were sunk only 6" into the ground. So we are very glad we replaced them. In all they replaced 21 posts plus the 12' section of fence. The replaced fence and gate look great. Mr. Lopez' crew could replace most posts without going into the neighbors' yards, which was convenient. It took 2-3 days to repair all the fences , and the gate was installed later. He and his crew were polite and professional. There was a minor issue with the gate being too narrow (measuring issue), but they put in a shim to correct for that. It still looks great. We definitely recommend Lopez Fencing."

"Like a charm. A and J sent a crew of three plus a foreman who came by regularly; they took out the old fence in a matter of hours and had most of the new fence holes dug by the end of the first day. By the end of the second day they'd set all of the posts and the top and bottom rails, plus they completed almost half of the board-on-board as well as some of the kickboards. They finished the project ahead of schedule by early afternoon on the third day. There were no hiccups, no significant damage to plants (yes, a bush or two got kind of stepped on, but not fatally) and none to trees, and they responded promptly to the concerns of one neighbor. Their cleanup was excellent, and they did a little extra sweeping at my request on the neighbor's brick walk. A and J offers to send invoices to the neighbors if desired (presuming prior agreement with the neighbors), but we did not ask for that service."

"Good communication. Estimator explained costs and options very clearly and answered questions. Returned calls when I had additional questions. Office called to remind me one week and two days before job started. Good, quality work: Bottom of fence needs short retaining wall because the ground on one side is higher than the other side. Construction crew lengthened it from original estimate because they believed it would be a better quality fence, at no additional cost No short cuts: Fence is on a very gentle slope. Crew made sure top of fence is level and stepped down a few inches about every 20 feet. The old fence did not have the retaining wall and the top was a slope following the terrain. Very long wait list: I had to wait for three months from estimate to construction. Other companies' were shorter, ranging from 3 weeks to two months."
