"They were hired for a "clean sweep" post renovations and did not clean throughly. They admitted they "dusted around" things, and professional window cleaning services added to job not provided but charged for and windows with screens remained dirty yet charged for though services not reverted. Also 2 damaged items,,wood blinds in main bathroom broken wood blind after cleaning and paint finish stripped off interior front door after cleaning. walls were to be washed and evidence clearly not. Mirrored bedroom closet left full of fingerprints and multiple missed areas simply left not dusted. Kitchen glass cabinet doors not cleaned and quartz backsplash behind gas stove smeared and steamed not cleaned properly properly. This a family business and while they were very nice at first meeting prior to hire the quality of work is sub par. I placed a stop payment on check and let them know because they did not provide services fully hired for ; we did renegotiate payment and we issued new check still for a cost not in alignment with what work was done nor expenses we now incurred to have to get front door repainted, and blind replaced."
