"Kevin did an outstanding job, that is, once he had the opportunity to do it. He got it pressure washed fairly quickly and then it began to rain most every day as it does here in the Florida panhandle during the summer. Undeterred, Kevin made multiple trips to the house, working on the pergola as the weather would allow. Kevin is very persistent and a perfectionist in his work so he stayed at it over several days and visits and put the final coating on the pergola today! It looks great and was worth the wait! He was concerned about the time it took but I told him I would rather wait and have it done really well than rush and get a poor job. He hung with it and I will definitely be hiring him in the future for fence and deck work around the house. This is the second job he has done for us, both with outstanding results."

"Outstanding service! We have been burned by contractors in the past....not this time. The Bracewell team is punctual, friendly, courteous, and offers exceptional quality/value. Bracewell did not offer us the lowest quote for our new fence. But, my wife felt comfortable with Mary and her husband (and my wife has great intuition)...so, we gave them a try. The whole process was awesome! Even the "general labor" guys were friendly and respectful. We could not have asked for more. And, we love our new fence! "I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.   <br /> I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!   <br /> <br /> I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion.. <br /> <br /> Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"Mr Schneider returned my email the same day and was able to set up an own site inspection the next day. He was on time and very professional. He went out of his way to help locate corner markers that had been covered up over the years. <br /> The next day he sent an estimate.I called and a date was set up to start. He called the morning of the job to say crew was on way. <br /> The crew that was run by his son Anthony was on time and did all work in a very professional manor. <br /> All work and materials were done as I specified and in a timely manor. <br /> I would use Schneider Farm Fence in the future and would recommend them to friends."

"They construct the fence from scratch. It's very solid. It looks very nice. Doing it that way rather than installing it in sections is good for uneven, going around trees, matching up with other fences that sort of a thing. So, it looks very clean and professional. They did a nice job."

"Pole barn construction was professional, workers and quality were great. We are very happy with the building. A sub-contractor was employed by ToolTime for the driveway. Concrete was not as described and poorly installed. James (owner) worked diligently to resolve the issue with both the concrete company and the sub-contractor. While it took a little time, the situation has been resolved to our satisfaction."
