"If anyone else’s experience has been anything like ours, It’s become very hard to find someone to come and give you an estimate, if they do, most never return to do the job, and if they do, forget about getting an honest answer on when they plan to start the job. I can’t remember the last time I hired someone to do work for me, that actually completed it with the quality and craftsmanship they promised up front! Now I can, Mr. Chris Odell seems to one of the very few who does what he says, when he says. And we were completely satisfied with everything he’s done for us so far. He is fair, honest, and dependable. We actually had an issue a couple weeks later, that had to do with the hardware that was used, and not his work specifically. Upon notifying him, he immediately made an appointment that was convenient for us, and came out made the repairs, (took about 10mins) and he refused payment, I would have paid him something for his time, because the fault wasn’t his. Highly Recommend!"

"The estimate process back in March 2017 was fine. Guy showed up on time and estimate was given in a timely fashion. We were told in advance that they were several weeks out with the schedule and that once we accepted and signed a contract in May, that we would be scheduled for some time in June. June came and went, no call. I contacted them via email the first part of July and was told "someone would be there today" which for us is unacceptable. We have dogs, my husband needed to install a temporary fence. We require at least a day or two notice for that. So we agreed on July 17th. We got up early on the 17th and no call, no repairman. I called the owner around 10am and got a message saying they were on vacation and that the business was basically closed, that no calls would be returned until July 24th. Also, the voice mail said they'd been having email problems. We had not been notified of any cancellation nor had we been notified of the time to expect the repairman on the 17th. So at that point, we figured nobody was going to show up and went on to do other things as my husband had changed his work schedule, we had to make the most of time. Then a guy showed up at 11am. While we are thankful they guy showed up, we are not impressed with the level of communication from the owner/manager. The repairman, Calvin, he was wonderful though. He did very good work and we are satisfied with the completed job."

"Matt came out to the house on June 5th to evaluate our fence and the work that needed to be done. Right away, my husband and I felt very comfortable with Matt as he explained everything his crew would do once they started the work. On June 6th Matt sent via email a complete quote which he had stated on June 5th and a contract. On June 11th around 8:30am, the Fence Works crew showed up and begin working. As they tore down the old fence they promptly removed the pieces and put them on their truck. They worked diligently removing the old and replacing it with the new. Around 3:00pm they had finished the fence and cleaned up. We were very satisfied with the finished product. Our neighbors even commented on how good the new fence look. Although we did not have the entire fence replaced, we now have second thoughts and plan to call Matt to come back and replace the rest of the fence. Also I plan to use Fence Works, LLC when we move into our new house to put up a vinyl fence. We loved the work they did and Matt is so professional and friendly. He came out quickly to discuss the project with us and provided useful information about the different options and their pros/cons. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push another fencing type on us like another contractor did. We received a quote the same day shortly after our meeting. It was much more reasonable than the others we received. There were a few months between us receiving the quote and deciding to move forward with the project. He started as soon as he was able and worked diligently until the job was finished. We are absolutely ecstatic about the final product and have already received several compliments from neighbors.
