"These guys made it really easy for me. I had a small hole in the stucco/masonry wall outside my Garage and through email and phone we were able to get a date scheduled. I purchased paint for them to use once the hole was patched and left it out on the day they said they would be there to do the work. They came out and did a great job on the repair as well as clean-up (it was around landscaping). They also washed off the paint brush I provided them. Very happy with this very small project/repair."

The work involved removing a section of the front lawn, and grass side strips, and replacing them with pebbles to reduce water usage. Steven's team went the extra mile by incorporating some of the better sod they'd removed into the remaining lawn in order to improve its look and quality. Their clean-up afterwards was exemplary. "From demolition of the existing master bath to punch list completion, the project went very smoothly, on-time and on-budget. Our goals were to reflect the 1920s character of the rest of the house and to integrate some features (walk-in shower and comfort height toilet) that would help us age in place. Mark's design expertise was appreciated on both counts. Mark and his crew, Dritan & Edward, were consistently professional, good communicators, great on follow-through and eager to satisfy our needs. I'm a stickler for details and Mark, Dritan & Edward were quite responsive to my needs but also detail-oriented themselves. Some materials (e.g. tile) were purchased as part of our contract and other materials (plumbing fixtures, vanity and countertop) were purchased by us so the approximate cost of service does not reflect full cost of the job which was about $27,000. We feel it the total cost was good value for the money and quite competitive in the marketplace."
