WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment and uses their own license and the installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. 3-Price was the lowest even with a premium product. JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. The rest $3000-$9,000 MORE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT Be patient, he is booked! The office team was incredible! I cannot say enough about John Scott Roofing!"

Both had made quick fix patches that were very profitable to their companies, but did nothing to improve our situation. Bone Dry Roofing came in and tore out the inferior patches and replaced the membrane theway it should have been done the other two times. Our home was only 8 years old, County inspected but started leaking after the one year builder warranty Medallian Homes gave for the new home. I just wish my builder would have been concerned enough to have hired someone like Bone Dry Roofing in the beginning.
