"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"Project: Install TPO Roof. Very professional and did the job within several days of the estimate (earlier than what we thought it would be)! They were on time and finished in one day. They cleaned everything up. I gave them a 4.5 for customer service because I have not had to contact them. I don't want to give them 5 starts or 1 star if I don't know. I gave them 4 star for value because we felt that the price was higher than it should be, but not many companies handle TPO roofing so we didn't really have much to compare it to. If a dumpster is used, consider an alternate location other than the driveway depending on the age of the concrete. Cracks will happen with all the weight of the dumpster and old roofing material. Secondly, be vigilant with the cleanup. There are large amounts of nails used in the process and many reach the ground. Stepping on a roofing nail in your flower bed can t**** the whole experience. The contractor does an OK job of picking up nails, but you as the customer should search for them as we'll. <br />"
