"Barely a month ago we first contacted System Pavers to consider having them replace our driveway. Today, I signed off on completion of the project, which was extremely smooth from start to finish. When James Jordan, our design consultant first met with us via video conference, he already had Google images of our property, and was therefore well prepared to discuss what we wanted to do. Based on that meeting, he prepared a first draft plan for what we wanted, which he brought to our home only about 3 days later, along with material samples. At the end of that marathon meeting, we had a game plan for a 2- or 3-phase project: first replacing our driveway and then -- if we were satisfied with phase 1, moving on to the back patio and yard. Two weeks later, construction started, with Jimmy Jackson as our Project Manager and Temo as his crew chief, and now -- less than a week later, everything is completed and beautiful. During the course of construction, we encountered a couple of minor glitches -- nothing major -- and each time, Jimmy's attitude (and that of everyone working with him) was, "no problem -- we can fix that." Meanwhile, our neighbors have been working (with a different company!) on a similar project for the past 4+ months. Needless to say, they are in awe of how quickly our transformation was completed!"

"Overall the project was fantastic, and Seth was great to work with. From taking the concept my wife had, Seth drew up a plan with everything she asked for, and we were able to scale back where needed for budgeting purposes, so he helped us rework from the original design to where we ultimately landed. Timing - he began on time, and finished early. Project lasted a total of 5 weeks. Budget - he was spot on to the original budget. We did make changes to some items, and he kept a running change list that was helpful to keep us on track. Team - The guys were amazing, and took exceptional pride in their work. I got to chat them up quite a bit, and they’ve been with Seth for many years - which was an awesome sign, because I’m guessing you don’t stay of things aren’t going well. They were here everyday from 7-3:30, and the few times that they weren’t, we had a heads up. We even got a heads up when it wouldn’t be the full crew. Communication - pretty sharp, zero complaints here. We knew what was going on, when it was happening, and Seth was here almost everyday for at least a period of time. Overall, they were great - and we will use them again for our front yard, hopefully sooner rather than later."

"This job could not have gone better. From beginning to end, this was fantastic. From the first call that was made, Efrain called me back that same day. We made an appointment to see the property and he arrived right on time. He did a thorough review of the situation and made a couple of different suggestions as well as hearing my thoughts and ideas. He was able to provide an estimate right away. It was clearly written out and itemized the process for payment and work to be done. My neighbor and I reviewed the estimate and agreed to the price and terms. Efrain was able to begin within a couple of days. He was right on time, every day, for the entire project. He would communicate each day and inform what the next steps would be. He made sure we understood the process and answered any questions. He also did not hesitate to ask us questions when he needed us to make a decision on some finishes for the fence and gate. EGALD Concrete was outstanding. Each day, the workers would clean up the entire area, prior to leaving. Some items would be piled neatly to the side, but this was an amazing site for a construction site. When the job was completed, right on time and on budget, the wall and the fence look GREAT! I have already asked Efrain to bid on another job at another one of my properties."

"We worked with Adam in 2008 to add a new bathroom to our home, which was built in 1949.  Since that time he has done several projects for us. <br /> This job was to totally remodel our original bathroom.  First Adam worked with us and a designer he recommended, Trina Watton, to decide how we wanted the remodeled bathroom to look when finished.  Trina had excellent suggestions and helped us to make tile, color and construction decisions by finding the options she felt we would like and bringing them to our home for consideration.  As always, Adam added his suggestions and experience to tell us what was most feasible, what would cost more or less and gave us a realistic insight into how everything would turn out.  Throughout the work, Adam was thoughtful about the job and how to obtain the best results and he was very willing to keep us informed as to the progress of the work and any concerns or questions we might have. <br /> He began the work on time and kept to the schedule we had agreed upon.  He also managed his crew so that we were always certain that the work and the clean up would be of the highest quality.  <br /> Adam also worked with us to choose the fixtures for the bathroom and also pick up the fixtures in his truck when needed for the job.  We do not have a vehicle that could have picked up the bathtub, toilet, etc. so Adam made those pick ups for us. <br /> The bathroom we now have may be the nicest room in the house! <br /> Adam and his crew also patched all of the holes that were left from work to rewire our house (we knew that the patching was not included in the electrician's work).  The work was so well done, including repainting, that there is no evidence of any work having been done. <br /> Our relationship with Adam's company and the sub contractors he suggests has always been impeccable.  He starts the work when he says he will, he continues until the job is finished and he finishes when we expected the job to be finished within the contracted budget we had agreed upon.  In addition, he becomes very aware of our home and makes valuable suggestions about work that needs to be done, or could be done.  We value his work, his suggestions and his commitment to a high quality conclusion to the job. <br /> For instance, we noticed a vibration above the ceiling after the bathroom was finished.  Adam suggested that he could rent a blower from Home Depot and add a layer of insulation above the bathroom ceiling in the attic.  He did this extra work at a very reasonable cost.  He also found out that the attic fan that was installed in 2000 was functioning erratically.  He suggested that we have him disconnect it for us and he is now searching for a replacement, as the contractor who originally installed it is no longer in business.  We greatly appreciate Adam's concern and willingness to point out potential problems and then to discuss solutions with us so that we can decide how or if to go forward. <br /> <br />"
