He went out of his way to clean a few areas that were dirty that were not scheduled and didn't charge us for it.. We really appreciated that he did that....we hadn't noticed the need until he pointed it out. We have used Jeremy for a long time now...we appreciate him and his excellent work. He is definitely someone you would want to hire and his cost has always been reasonable."

"I spoke to this company over the phone and was told that they could handle mold in my carpet. I had a 3 inch spot of mold in a closet. I spent a day clearing out the room of furniture and prepping for them, blocked off my calendar, and then when they came, they said they couldn't do the job. A huge waste of time. If I were them, I would have at least offered to clean the rest of the carpet, or offered to clean the carpet and have me sign a release. Terrible customer service. These guys don't know what they're doing."
