I have been in business in the Green Bay/Appleton area since 1996 and have a thriving business here with many repeat and satisfied customers. I would like to count you among those I presently service. I am a small business owner in our community so unlike some of the larger companies in our area, I am the person who will be at your home to give you a free estimate, and I would be the person who would do all the work for you. I have not, and will never have employees, simply because it's been my experience that they do not always have neither my companies, or the customers best interest at heart. If you are looking to have black streaking removed from your roof, know that do not pressure wash roofs, I soft wash them. This is basically spraying an oxygen rich solution onto the streaked area, then letting that sit for about 20 minutes. At that point the solution has killed a lot of the algae and fungi that is feeding on the limestone that is in the shingles of your roof. Lastly, I apply a hot water soft wash or rinse to remove all solution on roof, and your shingles are clean again as if new for a long time. No granular loss to your shingles when you clean a roof properly as I do. Many years of experience is vital to do this safely, and clean without granular loss. The hot water rinse is vital in order to kill any living algae or fungi that survived the solution applied earlier.
