"3-19-19 Well, late fall arrived and it was time for my annual replacement of some window weather stripping. When I opened one of the casement windows it fell apart, completely rotted. It really was time for new windows. My friend and his relative chose Infinity Exteriors for their new windows and roof. Both were very pleased so we checked out Infinity’s showroom after doing some research. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of their Richlin vinyl windows was excellent. We chose to replace our windows in stages. The first story would be year one. We elected to replace the entire window units rather than just the sashes. It was January and two Infinity installers cut out and replaced fourteen windows (one at a time) in one day. The temperature in the house never went below 64 degrees. The installers did an excellent job and were very professional. The window woodwork was also replaced and the stain was a good match to our existing woodwork. Right after the install, Wisconsin was hit with a bunch of snow the the polar vortex. Minus 23 degrees air temperature is as bad as it gets and the new windows passed with flying colors! The proof of a good company is how it responds to an issue after the job is completed. It was raining and one of the windows leaked a bit. We called Infinity and they said we’ll be out today. The service manager arrived two hours later and said the chalk gapped a little and we’ll take care of it and they did. He said we continue to come back until the customer is completely happy - can’t beat that!...Peter K."

"My project involved replacing a couple of wind damaged roof shingles on our 8 year old home. I purchased a bundle of replacement shingles at my local supplier and asked them if they had any suggestion for someone who does roof repair. I was told that because of all the new home construction in our area, that I would be hard pressed to find Anyone willing to do such a small job. Paul Delveaux of Exterior Solutions responded to my inquiry quickly. He came to my house the same day to give me an estimate and put me in his work schedule for the following week. Due to 3 days of rain that week, the job didnâ t get done. Paul and I got in contact and rescheduled the job for the next week. The work was completed that week and looks good. I would recommend Paul and Exterior Solutions. They were good at communicating and completed the job in a timely fashion. In another 8 years or so I will probably be needing an entire new roof, and I will definitely be contacting Paul ES for an estimate."

"Ricky (project manager) and Isaac (project adviser) worked tirelessly to help us design and then manage the replacement of our cedar shakes (which were rotting) and replace them with LP shakes and custom siding accents. They pointed out details that we had not considered such as how the overall esthetics and functionality of the LP affected the rest of the home. We adjusted our plan accordingly to create a solid, visually dynamic home front. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! The crew worked long hours in cold weather of April. They were polite, friendly, neat, and cleaned up every evening. Ricky checked, rechecked not only the work being done but checked in with us and answered our questions and made sure the quality of the job met their standards and ours! ( They out "detailed" us... and that is hard to do!) Isaac helped us plan for future projects such as windows, doors and LP siding.
