"Just wanted to let you know that we are so happy with the deck. Everyone at Fence & Deck Connection was so easy to work with. This was the easiest home improvement/repair we've ever gone through. We really want to thank everyone. From our initial meeting with Tracy to the pre and post installation meetings with AJ things could not have gone better. Everyone we dealt with just via email was also extremely responsive. It actually surprised me how quickly our emails were replied to. And the crew were also great."

"They quoted me a good price. They installed the fence when they said they would. No delays. I would hire them again."

"My fence experience was nothing but positive! Salesman did a good job answering my questions about the installation process. The installers were done with my fence in less than 8 hours and it looked good. They cleaned up well and had a quality control tech. visit a few days later. Satisfied with my Fence!"

"I was very pleased with the fence installment. They were very timely from first meeting to start day (it did not take a long time to get them out and do the job. They also did excellent follow-up after our initial meeting. The only two complaints I have are: 1) The installment day they told me they would arrive about 7:15-7:30. They were late and did not call. I needed to be at an appointment so I phoned at 8:45 and they said they would be here in 30 minutes. They were another hour late and didn't call. I called again and they said they were out back. They should have called first or come to the front door to let me know they were here so I could show them what we wanted and leave for work. So on this front, they need to be more professional and call to let the customer know they will be late. And 2) When I had the original meeting to take measurements I mentioned that the only requirement was that they not use aliens on their work team. I was assured that this would not happen. When they showed up, there were three men (2 Americans and one Mexican). By that time it was too late and I didn't say anything. But those two complaints aside, they did a beautiful job on the fence. The excellent work they did more than made up for the two complaints I mentioned. It was custom made, aesthetic, and very well built. We are very pleased and would recommend Deck Cetera to neighbors and friends."

"When I got an email from a lady from the company, saying that I owed them $90 more. Then I contacted Angie's List and they sent me a form to fill out and I rated them. This is what really surprised me. When I talked to the customer service agent, Wanda, and she said that there are some handymen that do yard work. Then she had a company and a phone number. So I said this is what I want done. I want the lilies and I have 6 ornamental grass that I want cut down to the ground. I have a crepe myrtle tree, I want that area cleaned out and I will provide the mulch. I want the debris hauled away as well. The lady called me Wednesday, and I tried to go over that and she said no. She said the guy will be here at 1:30. I told her I didn't have the mulch and I would have to get that. The guy came and he did not have 1 lawn tool, which really surprised me. He said he would pull the lilies by hand. You cant pull that stuff by hand. So then there was time wasted there. He then said that he was gonna have to go and pick up a hedge clipper or something. He was gone for over half an hour. So there was another 35 or 45 minutes of time wasted. He came back and he had 4 big bags, I had 4 big bags, so a total of 8 bags. I told the lady on the phone that you're gonna haul away the debris. She said that it would be an extra charge. I didn't understand that there would be. The guy said he would be back in the morning to pick up the bags. The hole thing was clouded. He was taking breaks, phone breaks so he was just wasting time. They did wave the $90 fee."

"We've used them twice within the last three or four months. We spent a total of $400 for both times. They were excellent. We would definitely use them again and we would highly recommend them. They were great. We did the packing. It was a really good experience."

"I needed a complete exterior redo (roofing, siding, wood wrap and gutters), the services went very, very well and my home looks Brand New! The company is quality oriented, timely, honest and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roofing or siding repaired and/or replaced. TJ, the owner was Johnny on the spot, responded to all my questions, concerns and requests within minutes by phone or text. He went above and beyond customer satisfaction with his personal service. His crew were hard working, precise, respectful and did whatever I asked of them during the repairs. You can't go wrong with this company!!"

"It went great! Quality work & would definitely hire again or refer work!"

"Kargmans provided a handyman, Alex and his helper, Gerson, to install a storm door, hang kitchen cabinets and replace a mailbox. They did outstanding work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Alex and his helper, Gerson, worked in 95 degree heat to remove my old storm door and frame; repair the entryway; and install a brand new frame and double-paned Pella storm door. This downstairs doorway has always been very difficult to work as it is stucco and uneven. Alex conquered each challenge he encountered. He and Gerson created a professional, precise result with which I am extremely pleased. Both men took extra time with the fine details. After installing the downstairs storm door, they hung my kitchen cabinets, replaced my mailbox and painted the mailbox post. Excellent, excellent, excellent work and a great attitude!!! Alex advised me on the challenges that they will face and the time it will take next week when they will work on the front door. I look forward to having them work on the front entranceway next week."

"I needed this done before a personal deadline and they went out of their way to accommodate. The job was done quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Great service and I would hire again, the house looks great!"
