"The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. There were issues with installing the new fence: trees had grown into the fence path, most of them belonging to the neighbors. The team presented me with possible solutions at each point, so I could get the fence I wanted—or as close as was possible given the obstacles. It was a very low-stress construction day, and we—and our neighbors—really like the results."

The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. "I am very happy and impressed with the service I received from the team at EZ Small Moves.  I was moving from a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment half a mile from each other.  All I needed was help and a van to move boxes and furniture.  I got quotes from about 5 companies, including EZ Small Moves.  The experience with this company was positive from the very beginning.  Tammy was very quick to respond to my request for a free quote.  We talked over the phone initially and then she followed up with an email summary that same day.  I didn't have to sign any paperwork ahead of time or provide a deposit (other companies did require this).  I checked in the day before the move and Tammy confirmed we were all set.  The day of my move Jordan and Justin couldn't have been nicer and more professional.  They called me 15 minutes before they were set to arrive and said they were on their way and would be about 15 minutes late.  In the Washington DC area, that's nothing!  I appreciated the heads up.  When they arrived, they moved quickly and respectfully.  They put a lot of effort into making sure my stuff was not damaged while being carried and also in the truck.  They wrapped my furniture in blankets...I didn't have to pay for this which other companies added in to the final estimate.  They put down one of the blankets on the ground when they were moving my mattress into the apartment because of the angle of the stairs - they wanted to make sure it didn't get dirty.  Very thoughtful - above and beyond!  I also didn't have to pay for travel time - another cost in other quotes.  All in all - it took 2 hours and was one of my most pleasant moving experiences ever.  Highly recommend this company!

"I would highly recommend EA Roofing and Siding LLC to anyone contemplating a roofing project. Prior to contracting with TJ, the owner of EA, I had spoken with him on various other roofing jobs he was performing throughout our community. On each occasion he took the time to answer my roofing questions with a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. When TJ began work on the second of my two neighbors' homes, I made the decision to work with EA Roofing on my roof replacement project. TJ paid a visit to our home and walked us through the various steps of the project, reviewed various samples/types of roofing shingles and provided us with excellent pricing on the project. In addition, TJ provided references and locations of roofing projects he had completed in the local area in order to assist us in making our final shingle selection. This was key in our selection of the proper color roof shingle as it provided us a means to not only see the shingles on a specific roof but also what the color of the shingles look like at various times of the day. Lastly, all of our questions were answered to allay any fears we had about moving forward with this large project. Our roofing project was completed in a single day with 10 men working on the roof from 7:00 am until nearly 7:00 pm. in the evening. All of the area surrounding my home was covered with tarpaulin. One of the men on the team cleaned up on an ongoing basis throughout the day so that by the time the project was completed in the evening, all debris (old underlayment, shingles, nails, etc.)had been removed from the surrounding area leaving the house in exactly the same state as it was when the project began at 7:00 am. Any and all issues/concerns were immediately addressed by TJ and his team in a punctual and professional manner. We couldn't be more pleased with TJ, EA Roofing, and our new roof!"

"Everything went very well. The front door (which was a fairly heavy one-piece unit with side panels, etc and etched glass) was hung slightly off-balanced. We didn't notice till the weather stripping started coming off and also some water had seeped into the room (very little ... we actually noticed the marks, not the actual water). So we called the company and they sent someone out and he took one look at the door and told us that they had put it in incorrectly and he would send a crew to fix it. Sure enough within a few days it was all fixed and the door now swings much more smoothly as well. I know they screwed up a bit...but I have still given them an A, because it was a small mistake, but more importantly they did not give us any excuses or run around. The guy admitted they had done something incorrectly and he went ahead and arranged for it to be fixed asap."
